Refund Policy
We want you to be sure before you commit — which is why Day 1 of every batch is complimentary. This policy covers refunds after enrolment.
Before you enrol
Attend the free demo session and Day 1 of the batch at no cost. This is the best point to confirm the programme, trainer and timings suit you.
Refund requests
How to raise one
Email edusales@firax.ai with your name, batch and reason. Requests are acknowledged within two working days.
Review
Each request is reviewed against attendance, material and platform access already provided.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 working days of approval.
Not eligible for refund
Substantially completed programmes
Where a significant portion of the batch has been delivered.
Certification and third-party exam fees
Fees paid to external certification bodies are governed by their own policies.
Bundle components
Individual programmes within a career bundle cannot be refunded separately once the bundle has started.
Transfers
If a refund is not available, we will usually offer a transfer to a later batch or to another programme of equivalent value. Talk to the admissions team about the options.
